From file upload to doorstep delivery in five simple steps.
Upload your STL file
Drag and drop your STL file onto our order page. We accept binary and ASCII STL files up to 100 MB.
Our system analyzes your model instantly — checking geometry, calculating volume, and generating a 3D preview. You'll see the bounding box dimensions and whether the model is manifold (watertight). Non-manifold models may still print, but we recommend fixing them in Meshmixer for best results.
Configure your print
Choose from six materials: PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, ASA, or Nylon. Pick a quality preset — draft (fast, 0.28mm layers), normal (balanced, 0.20mm), or fine (detailed, 0.12mm).
Adjust infill percentage to control strength and weight. The price updates in real time as you change settings. No surprises at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay, shipping included.
A maker prints your order
Once you pay, we match your order to the best available maker based on location, materials, printer capability, and reliability score. Your maker is a verified individual with a home 3D printer — not a factory.
Makers accept orders within hours. They print your part, photograph it for quality verification, and package it for shipping. You can track the status from your dashboard at every stage.
Delivered to your door
We generate a prepaid shipping label automatically. Your maker drops the package at their local post office or parcel point. You receive a tracking number by email and can follow the shipment in real time.
Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days from payment. Domestic orders (maker in your country) are fastest. Cross-border EU shipments may take 1–2 extra days. No customs fees — it's all within the EU.

We stand behind every print. If the quality doesn't meet expectations, the wrong material was used, or the item was damaged in shipping — you get a full refund. No questions asked.
Open a dispute from your order page within 7 days of delivery. Upload photos showing the issue, and we'll review it within 1–2 business days. Our maker network has a 98%+ satisfaction rate, but we've got you covered if something goes wrong.
